Against the backdrop of the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial upgrading, Jilin University of Chemical Technology and Zhongke Jingyan launched a profoundly meaningful exchange and cooperation on January 15, 2026. This visit not only marks a deepened collaboration between the two parties in the commercialization of results from active research projects but also lays a solid foundation for future collaborative innovation among industry, academia, and research institutions, as well as for attracting and cultivating talent.
1. Unveiling a New Chapter: Jilin University of Chemical Technology Embarks on a New Journey
On November 5, 2025, Jilin University of Chemical Technology will officially unveil its new name and logo. This historic moment marks a comprehensive upgrade of the university in terms of discipline development, scientific research innovation, and social service capabilities. As a key research institution in the chemical industry in Northeast China, the university has always regarded serving national strategies and regional economic development as its primary mission. This renaming further underscores its determination to move toward becoming a comprehensive, high-level research-oriented university.
II: Collaboration Between Universities and Enterprises: Jointly Exploring Paths for the Commercialization of Active Research Projects
On January 15, a delegation including Ms. Wang Dan, Chair of the School’s Union; Mr. Sui Xin, Director of the Office for Cooperative Development; Professor Liu Xingde from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; and Ms. Li Chengying, a staff member of the Office for Cooperative Development, paid a visit to Zhongke Jingyan.
Sun Fa, Chairman of Zhongke Jingyan; Wang Lixin, Executive Vice President; Chen Xuesong, General Manager of Anstree, the Group’s Clinical Division; and Wang Changjin, Head of Active Projects, extended a warm welcome and provided full-time accompaniment.
At the beginning of the exchange, in Zhongke Jingyan Accompanied by the team, a delegation from Jilin University of Chemical Technology visited the company’s exhibition hall and production workshop in turn. In the exhibition hall, staff members provided a detailed introduction to the development history of the Jilin Province CAS Institute of Precision Medical Technology, its core technological advantages, and its achievements in industry applications. As a unit for the commercialization of medical research results under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the institute boasts a GMP-standard pharmaceutical production facility with a capacity of 100,000-level cleanroom, an advanced technology R&D center, and a product testing center. It is a national-level medical R&D institution that receives key special support from the Jilin Provincial Government.

Three: Collaborative Development—Building a Vision of Win-Win Cooperation for the Future
At the symposium, both sides focused on key cooperation issues and engaged in in-depth discussions. Professor Xingde Liu from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Jilin University of Chemical Technology gave a detailed introduction to his research group’s active scientific research project titled “********.”
This project focuses on the field of active technologies. Through innovative mechatronic design, it has broken through traditional technological bottlenecks and holds significant potential for market application.
Professor Liu stated that Zhongke Jingyan is... R&D and Industrialization of Active Medical Devices We have deep expertise and extensive practical experience in the area of technology transfer. There is tremendous potential for cooperation between the two sides in the field of project implementation. We hope to leverage the technological platform and industrial resources of Zhongke Jingyan to help scientific research outcomes move from the “laboratory” to the “production line,” thereby achieving value realization.
Drawing on their own experience in industrialization and practical implementation, the Zhongke Jingyan team has put forward recommendations from the perspectives of technological optimization, process upgrading, and market alignment, providing a feasible roadmap for the project’s transition from the laboratory to the production line.
